We recently stayed for 3 nights & 4 days as a family of 5 plus our frenchie. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely perfect! Roksolana is an amazing host. Incredibly responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already recommended it to family, friends and coworkers. The home was nothing short of pristine and beautifully updated. The crate and barrel sofa couch was 10/10 and not just a basic flat pull out. The beds were SO soft yet firm. The tvs were a great touch. Needless to say, I took some inspo for my own personal home. Thank you again Roksolana, you were amazing 💕

The apt was clean with good and comfortable furnishings. Communication with the host was excellent. The apt is located In the middle of the “barrio” which looked a little sketchy, especially at night. My elderly mother-in-law was so afraid of the location that she initially refused to exit the car or ever be left in the apt alone. It was one of the more affordable options within a short 10 -15 min drive from the convention center, so it all worked out fine.

Only downside is the one bathroom. Super cute home in a great location.

This was the perfect place to stay during our time in San Diego. It had AC which was critical during the heat wave. It’s also super close to the airport! Adam was responsive and check in was easy. I’d stay again!

Perfect place to stay for sdsu parents weekend!

Stayed at 4 Bed Midtown Oasis | Ocean View, Hot Tub, Parking

10/4/2026

This was a great spot—central to a lot of the places we needed to be around. My group tends to push the deadline. That goes for dinners, events, and airport arrivals. The 10 minute drive to Hillcrest and the airport allowed us to spend more time relaxing and exploring. Ocean beach was also pretty close; at one point about 11 minutes. The place was clean, had some extra towels and linens, and exactly as described. Check-in experience was fine, although when mapping the address, we got dropped off at a spot close to the place (down the hill where you had to take stairs up). We ended up mapping back to a different address across the street so it would take us there every time. The parking space was great, but thank God we didn’t get the wrangler or a standard SUV. Would’ve been a tight squeeze. Would’ve liked beach towels and stuff for use, but that’s not a must have. Since we’re from out of time, it would’ve been good for us. All and all, a great spot!

We stayed here with our toddler. The location is great for getting around San Diego and seeing popular spots, although the immediate surroundings are somewhat less savory than we expected. Parking was not usually an issue for us, and it was free which was nice. The home had everything we needed and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean, nice, walkable to a few restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with. It was great having several choices of programming on the tv's. We'd stay here again!

Adam was easy to communicate with, the place was very clean and in a great location. Unfortunately they started construction and for that reason we left early the noise was intolerable.

Really clean and well stocked air bnb. Great stay, great beds

Stayed at 2 Bed Hidden Gem | Hot Tub, Parking | Midtown SD

9/27/2026

Exactly as described. Great access to the airport and especially the rental car facility. You can occasionally hear footsteps of tenants in the house above, but that was as described and it was not an issue for us. There were earplugs provided at bedside if wanted. I did not use them and my sleep was not disturbed. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at Peaceful Two Bed Oasis | King Bed, Garden, Laundry, Parking

Place was exactly as described. Only issue we had was checking in because my last name was different on the booking somehow, but Adam was responsive in helping get that issue fixed.

9/26/2026

Stayed here for a wedding in Coronado with our small family. Was easy to get to everywhere we needed—downtown and the like. Neighborhood was on the more rough side but we felt safe. Soon after arriving we discovered it was more a reflection on the vibe of the entire downtown San Diego rather than the area of Grant Hill itself. Roksolana was super responsive and helped us with whatever questions we had.

Stayed at 4 Bed Midtown Oasis | Ocean View, Hot Tub, Parking

9/26/2026

Great location. Was close to the airport so that was a great plus! More than enough towels and wash clothes for our stay. However, the bathroom light did go out our second day of the stay and we never got a update on what would happen or if the issue could be resolved that day which led to us having to shower and use the bathroom with a phone light once it got dark. I just wish there was better communication on that part. Other than that everything was fine.

Stayed at 5 Bed Zen Oasis | Fire Pit, BBQ, Laundry, Parking

The coffee pot wasn’t maintained very well so we weren’t able to use it. Otherwise, everything was clean and easy to find. We were very comfortable and will be happy to return to this house if we visit San Diego again!

Adam’s home was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There was an ample supply of linens and towels, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. The home was easy to find and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasant place to relax and unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and inviting stay.

This was my first time ever staying at an Air BNB or using an Air BNB so definitely unchartered territory for me. The experience was really nice. It's great to have a home to come back to when you are on vacation the offers the privacy of your own bedrooms and kitchen. I appreciated the cleanliness of the home. It was exactly as described. I have an XL SUV and parking felt a little snug but we totally managed. While it is near the highway, when you are inside, it is very peaceful and we didn't hear the roadnoise. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning, looking at the water and planes. Now knowing how great and easy it was, we look forward to staying here again. Thanks, Adam!

Perfect spot for anywhere from a single person to a small family. One of the cutest studios I’ve ever seen, complete with a beautiful backyard where you can enjoy the evenings. I brought my two small dogs with me and we had a blast soaking up the sun and playing in the backyard. Adam is the perfect host. He is very quick to respond and will help you with any questions you have. I had noticed an orange tree in the backyard, so I asked Adam about it and he said I was welcome to try some. They were so sweet and juicy! Overall this is a 10/10 spot if you are looking to stay in the general San Diego area! I would stay there again in a heartbeat :)

Place was spacious and clean. Host was very responsive. Close to the base for son’s marine corps graduation. Only two draw backs were parking and the amount of homeless people lurking in alley and street. We have a big family and rented expedition and there’s only one parking spot that was a tight fit.

Positive: The size of beds and the kitchen. beautiful rest area in back yard. Negative: it was awesome no complaints

We had a comfortable stay overall! The house was clean, quiet, and had great air conditioning, and the beds were very comfortable. We also really appreciated having a high chair and Pack ’n Play provided, which made traveling with a little one much easier. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. A couple things to note: the oven took quite a while to preheat and put off a lot of heat into the house while being used. We also felt that some of the listing photos didn’t quite reflect the current condition of the home, particularly the outdoor area, which looked a bit more worn and run down in person. Overall, though, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and responsive host.

The place was great and centrally located although in and older part of town. Our main problems with the place was the terrible parking. It's street parking so upon arrivle we had to park down the block and carry all of our luggage to the house which was not great. This was a continued theme through out our stay. Sometimes we got right in front an others down the block which is not great when you have groceries or other items. The house seemed smaller that the pictures but was very clean and central location was a plus. It had many accomodations and clean cookware. Laundry is in back in a tiny outdoor shed not a big deal but made us not want to use it. All in all we had a great stay and the host was very responsive and communitacive throughout our trip.

this was a beautiful quiet place in the neighborhood, when you get there park on the side of the garage, the backyard had a very nice chill spot to relax and hangout. it was nice that he had baby items like a high chair and pack and play. We forgot our iron and it was a + that he had one in the dressers along with an ironing board. we enjoyed watching tv better than the hotel ! i would definitely recommend family or friends to come stay at this spot. also everything is spotless and CLEAN in this space. Thank you Adam for letting my little family and i stay here.
