We recently stayed for 3 nights & 4 days as a family of 5 plus our frenchie. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely perfect! Roksolana is an amazing host. Incredibly responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already recommended it to family, friends and coworkers. The home was nothing short of pristine and beautifully updated. The crate and barrel sofa couch was 10/10 and not just a basic flat pull out. The beds were SO soft yet firm. The tvs were a great touch. Needless to say, I took some inspo for my own personal home. Thank you again Roksolana, you were amazing 💕

The home itself was really clean and beautiful. We had a very pleasant stay and slept really well. The parking was a little bit of a hassle because there wasn’t dedicated parking, you just have to park on the street but we managed alright. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and everyone was really respectful. The only issue we had was two nights in a row we had fireworks or mortars going off in the middle of the night setting off car alarms and waking us up but it had nothing to do with the host or the home. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the host was very communicative and super friendly and helpful.
Cute, clean, and nicely updated house in a convenient location. The location is close to the main roads, making it easy to get around San Diego. Street parking was also easy to find, and even though it’s not the nicest area, we never had any issues.
We had a great stay, and the house itself was very nice.

A perfect stay! This was the perfect house for a girls trip! Roksolana was so helpful, responsive, & sweet! I would definitely stay again when I come back to San Diego!!
Cute unit. Nice modern decor. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Only downside was kind of strict rules such as if you smoke/vape even outside you will be charged $750 fee. Some of our group use vapes and had to walk to the street to vape. Understandable to not smoke inside the unit but walking to the street was inconvenient for them rather than just being on the porch or front yard. but not that big of a deal. Also you will be charged if any towels get stained. Understandable but also just a bit much with rules/regulations. It wasn’t any issue for us because we didn’t damage anything but I’m sure sometimes accidents could happen and people would be charged. Especially if someone were staying with young children I could see it being a possible issue. Just wanted people to be aware. Overall it was a solid cute place to stay and I would stay again. Very responsive host. Good experience.
We traveled to San Diego from Arizona with our two boys and when traveling you want somewhere safe and comfortable and right at home, and this place did just that! From the ease in check in to the beautiful upgrades and cleanness of the property .. it looked just like the photos! This home made us feel right at home. Roksolana was so responsive and answered every one of our questions as needed without hesitation. The area was sooooo quiet, we sat out on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful weather every night! My boys didn’t even want to leave. If you have kids this home is perfect… book this home! I can’t wait to return… we will return. Thabk you for the perfect stay!
Very clean, recently renovated. Neighborhood a little dark, but easy to find and access to freeways.
Clean and comfortable house for small groups or family. Kitchen is ready to cook though I did not cook.
The neighborhood wasn’t great; however, it was quiet and we didn’t have issues. Parking can be tricky if you’re out and about most of the day. The listing doesn’t mention the home is actually split and shared. The back bedroom hears and smells all things. A lot of fruit flies and mosquitoes inside. They list laundry as an amenity and provide pods, but as mentioned above we didn’t know this place was shared and someone took our wet laundry out of the washing machine and put it on the front patio furniture. That felt intrusive and kind of got us mad as we aren’t fans of people touching our things, going into the yard and porch we paid for, and putting our wet clothing on an outdoor couch. Host said they’d look into; however, we get the feeling they didn’t really care only apologized to make us happy and we would have done things differently if we knew someone else also had access to the area we paid for. House was clean though and renovations looked nice.
The house was very clean and tidy. We stayed family of 6 people and space was very comfortable. Best part is the location. It is easily accessible to the freeway and very near to San Diego attractions. The host is very responsive and polite. I recommend this place for anyone wants to enjoy the home and explore the SD city.

La puerta de entrada para el jardín que da a la puerta principal de la propiedad era sumamente insegura, siempre estaba abierta, y cualquier persona podía entrar, como sucedió el miércoles 8 de julio a las 7 am, dos hombres intentaron ingresar a la propiedad en reiteradas ocasiones, cabe mencionar que había una persona de la tercera edad y un bebé de 3 años que vieron todo y entraron en crisis por el miedo y estos sujetos cuando escucharon ruido se fueron corriendo. Me contacté con la anfitriona y se disculpó ya que otros inquilinos que entrarían a las 4 pm (hora que se indica que es el check in) se confundieron, pedí que se me realizara un descuento ya que fue un momento muy malo, ya que con esos 2400 Dlls buscaba seguridad y tranquilidad y no la tuve, la adulta mayor tuvo crisis de ansiedad cabe mencionar. Aún no tengo respuesta.
This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and had so many thoughtful touches! Every detail was carefully considered and it was stocked with everything we needed for our week-long stay. Roksolana was an incredible host- very responsive, kind, and super helpful throughout our trip. The location was perfect too! Close to the airport, downtown, and all the beaches. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our family stay with 3 yr old was great. The home was clean and comfortable. King beds were much appreciated and comfortable. Great kitchen amenities, dishwasher, filtered water. Clothes washer and dryer with detergent. Nice shower with good water pressure with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Luggage rack in both bedrooms (no dressors). Dimmable lights in main room and bedrooms. A/C works great. A few children's book in the cupboard.
The neighborhood is okay. A mixed bag of nice and run down and some foot traffic outside including a few homeless. Lots of street parking. We always found a spot. Sometimes close, sometimes not.
Host was very responsive to any messages.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and had a great time at the tourist spots around town including the Zoo, Safari Park, Balboa Park museums and Seaworld. All were less than 15 min away except the Safari Park which was about 35 min.
We had a great stay. They have spent a lot of time, money, and thought into this space and it shows. Everything is new and they have thought of all the little things that make a big difference. I loved the soft bathroom towels, pillows and bed, which were welcomed at the end of each day. The little fireplace and chocolates on our pillows was a nice touch on arrival. Directions and check-in were clear and easy. The place was spotless & just super clean! The bathroom was lovely and so is the front porch. The neighborhood is busy, but surprisingly mostly quiet and cute. Hosts are responsive and kind. It is well situated and well worth every dollar. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity 🙂
An amazing Little oasis great for the amount of people that we’re going on this trip. It was recently renovated, and it really shows how much love they put into it would definitely come again 😁
This Airbnb was super charming, and the house had just been remodeled. I really loved the color choices they gave the space such a relaxing feel. They provided bath towels and everything needed in the kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet while still being close to all the downtown activities. I would definitely recommend staying here again!
