Great place to stay. Centrally located, and lots of places to walk, as long as you don’t mind a few hills. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Ceiling fans keep the place cool at night. Very large TV in the living room, which was a plus. Only drawback was the parking. Sometimes I was able to park on the same block, but other times was 3-4 blocks away.
Apartment is easy to access and clean. We had no issues with on-street parking and the freeway is easy to access. Overall a good location and deal.

The bed was sooo comfy! The location was super close to little Italy and the marina was pretty close too. The airport is less than 10 mins away. We had an awesome stay!

Adam’s place was great! It’s perfect for a group of 2 or 3 people (kind of a tight space). It was very clean the tvs were huge! The ac unit inside kept us nice and cool the whole stay. The bed was not only big but very very comfortable! Adam was great at responding! Also street parking was easy to find most of the time! Walkable area as well you are by the freeway, so to get to the downtown area you have to go under a bridge! Also, you do hear the planes a lot but once inside, it’s not bad at all! If we would recommend staying here!
Amazing location in Little Italy with Balboa Park and the Gas Lamp area easy walks away. Parking was convenient on the street and the place was clean and comfortable. Bonus points for the incredibly comfy king sized bed and the private outdoor sitting area. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the place was a good fit for us for three nights in San Diego. Recommended!
Felt like a home for my 3 grandkids, my husband and me. Very clean. Had everything we needed. We loved it. My husband and I come here to S.D. once a yr. and I'll be looking for this rental. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay!
Clean, convenient, fast WIFI, comfortable bed. The only con is the noise from airplanes, be prepared.
Clean property. Comfy bed. Kitchen very well equipped. Loved the location near little Italy. Great restaurants. The noise from landing aircraft’s didn’t bother us at all.
We had a great short stay. The planes could be loud when we were outside, but inside the home it wasn’t any louder than if you heard a muffled car passing by. The kids actually liked watching and identifying the planes overhead, which made it a fun bonus.
The neighborhood is right by Little Italy, and it was an easy walk for our middle‑aged family to the waterfront and nearby restaurants. Parking was always available close to the rental, and Uber rides were consistently quick and easy. The home was clean and we had all the amenities listed and available for use.
Adam was proactive, attentive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. No complaints at all — we’d happily stay here again.

Great place to stay, walkable to Little Italy and downtown. Street parking wasn’t too bad near the location. The property is close to the airport, so there is noise from the planes but the property is fairly insulated from sound.
Had an absolutely absolutely wonderful time. Adam was very responsive house was clean well organized, and we had a great day.
The location was close to what we wanted to do, Adam was responsive and made sure we had what we needed.
I had a great stay
Adam’s place is right next to the 5 north and just a short walk to little Italy. Everything we had planned to do was a 10-15min drive from the apartment which was perfect for our busy itinerary.
The noise from the airplanes is loud outside but once inside you can’t really hear it. Fortunately Adam’s place had a tray of earplugs if needed.
The parking situation wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. We did luck out and found street parking every night but it definitely is a busy street.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and Adam’s place met our needs for this short trip.
The place was cute and clean. Walking distance from Little Italy which was really nice. The host was very friendly and very proactive whenever we had questions or needed his help. Would definitely recommend staying here.
This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed! It's close to Little Italy and tons of restaurants/bars, and for us, the venue we went to was walking distance and felt safe to walk to/from late at night. It had all the basics you would need and felt homey. I read many reviews about being under the flight path, and although it is pretty loud outside, we didn't think the noise was a bother at all inside. For those more sensitive, they do provide ear plugs and sound machines. Overall, wonderful stay, and I would book it again!
Amazing place! We were very comfortable. Everything was clean and extras of everything. They even had baby high chair, playpen beach bag, games. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting San Diego! Only thing is airport is very close and you can hear the planes landing while you sleep. Still this was not bothersome to us!

Loved this place. Cozy for four but worked great. Noise from planes was not an issue at all—in fact we thought they were fun to watch. My wife is a light sleeper and we all slept great. Beds were extremely comfortable and the little touches—noise machine by the bed, all the coffee options—were great. Easy walk to Little Italy farmers market, which was a great time. Definitely recommend.
This is a great place to stay. Very clean, cozy and had everything we needed, plus more. 15 minutes from basically anywhere. Nice neighborhood. Check in and out was easy and good communication. I would stay here again for sure.
Adam was super helpful. The surrounding area was great, close to Little Italy. Near the airport, so you can hear the airplane flying by but you get use to it!
Adam was very helpful and quick with responses. Checked in and out with ease, property was an awesome stay! They do preface in the booking but they only thing to watch for is being under the San Diego airport flight pathway, so it could be a bit loud. Otherwise from host's end, 10/10.
Place was near a great location, some homeless but super walkable to everything. Place was clean with laundry services, dishwasher, and full size fridge. Would recommend to others staying in the area

Place was really great -- super clean and comfortable -- they did a great job with the furnishings, design, and stocking with all the supplies. Very comfortable and cozy bedroom (eg, super comfortable bed, and l like the fireplace wall unit -- relaxing and warmth). Cool looking outdoor patio (though I didnt hang out there as was raining). Short 10min walk to heart of Little Italy. Very clear instructions and emails -- had everything needed. Great place.

Excellent communication. Very well equipped apartment. We lacked for nothing and were surprised when we ran across another item/food/thoughtful idea.
The host was very communicative and organized, which was great. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc. and the keypad lock was easy to use. The apartment itself was fine - it felt a bit dated and, as other reviews mention, you can hear airplanes quite often (I didn’t mind this too much though, and the host provided earplugs). I’d also say the apartment isn’t exactly in Little Italy - it’s a short walk away via an underpass under the highway.

Being hosted by Adam was a great experience. The rooms were very spacious, and we had no issues with the bathroom or kitchen. All appliances worked perfectly. The location is excellent—one of the safest areas in San Diego—and within a comfortable walking distance of Little Italy and the trolley. I'd book this place again if I ever come back to San Diego.
This was a great location and the interior was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies! I will say we did not have great luck with parking during our stay, as we had to park a couple of blocks away pretty consistently. The noise from the planes is quite notable, but we didn’t have trouble sleeping through the night. The upstairs occupants were pretty loud at times, but I recognize that is out of Adam’s control and he was a great host and very responsive.

Very close to Little Italy and downtown
My family and I felt at home. The location was perfect, very close to the best restaurants. Parking was not a problem. Adam was super amazing, frequently checking to make sure everything was ok.
The noise from the airplanes which most reviewers talked about is a little exaggerated in my opinion. It’s not loud when you’re in the apartment.
This is a place we will definitely book again anytime we return to San Diego.

Adam was an extremely helpful and responsive host, and the apartment was clean and as described in photos. However, it was extremely rainy during our trip, exacerbating what might normally be minor issues. First, the apartment is described as being minutes from Little Italy, and while it is probably ~5min walk from one edge of Little Italy, it is about a 20min walk to the Little Italy trolley station, our main mode of transportation. The poor drainage on streets leading to the apartment meant that we were regularly walking in ankle deep water. Second, this apartment has no ventilation. This meant our wet shoes didn't dry even being hung indoors for 5 days, bath towels used once never dried, dry clothes in our luggage became damp just sitting in the apartment, the bathroom door warped and didn't close, and the shower rod fell down a few times. That said, I think these location/ventilation issues wouldn't be so bad in normal San Diego weather hence why I still give 4 stars.
The place wasn’t all that bad honestly but as far as the reviews that are posted about cleanliness are false though it wasn’t just dirty everywhere it had a lot of spot that where starting off with the headboard in the bedroom had dust all behind it the pull out beds in the living room where dirty me and my fiancé had to wipe to Clorox wipe them down within 20 minutes of us being there we spotted a baby roach on the kitchen floor overall to sum the roaches part up they have roaches and that’s definitely not a part of cleanliness my fiancé was being bit my son had a rash on his back and it was definitely from bites air plans fly over the house every 5-15 minutes parking was stated that there is a parking spot and or there’s always parking also untrue it’s more first come first serve and you can’t park in front of the driveway it’s so many things it’s hard to remember them all JUST DO BETTER
Great home! Adam was very responsive during my trip and was easy to talk to! The area surrounding the home is perfectly fine and the home itself was exactly what was described. The home is directly under the airport flight path, but Adam had that covered with ear covers/plugs just in-case you're a light sleeper! For me, it was no issue at all. The airport does have quiet hours in the later evening hours, so take advantage! The home was clean and provided everything I needed for this trip. I do feel the value for the home for what I got, was perfect!
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We found parking with ease every time we returned for the night. All the amenities provided were a nice touch to the space. The airplanes were a bit bothersome at times and my one-year old did appear to be sensitive to it but adjusted. Overall, inside the apartment, it was a great stay. Adam was extremely responsive with questions.
Super cozy and cute place!
The place itself is great and has all the typical things you’d expect to see in an Airbnb. It’s in a pretty solid location with many walkable restaurants, bars, etc. Primary issue with the location; however, is that the building is exactly along the flight paths of all the incoming airplanes descending towards the airport. You hear the roars of the planes flying directly over the building throughout the day. It’s loud enough that the host keeps a supply of earplugs for guests. I was not too annoyed by it, but some may find the noise bothersome and affect your sleep

Had a great stay! Easy to get to Little Italy and lots of great restaurants from the location. Airplanes fly close overhead so may not be ideal if you are sensitive to noise, but the host did supply ear plugs! Inside was extremely clean and well stocked, the bed was huge and super comfy. Also walkable to Balboa park!

The home was beautiful! The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels for showering. The air conditioner was already running and the home was cool right when I walked in. Shower stayed warm and the shower head had amazing pressure! Will rent here again

Adam was a great and responsive host! He was constantly checking in with us during our stay which we appreciated so much. It was a short walk to all the restaurants, bars & gems in Little Italy which made things very convenient. Clean space, comfortable bed, plenty of towels & great TV apps. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

We had a great stay during our family trip! The place was very clean and stocked with plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. The location was very convenient—close to downtown and freeway access. The neighborhood felt safe, and street parking was easy to find. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication smooth from start to finish. Overall, our experience was great. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families and would love to stay again!
Can I give 6 stars?!? This place was fantastic. The amenities were really above and beyond, but the sleep number bed was even better! Super responsive host, too. Definitely would recommend and hope to come back.

Perfect location! We had so much fun in Little Italy (just a 10 minute walk), full of vibrant restaurants and nightlife! Balboa Park was spectacular and just a 20 minute walk from the apartment! Old Town San Diego was an 8 minute drive away. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. We are grateful we were able to stay at Adam’s apartment, the perfect place from which to explore San Diego!
Staying at Adam’s place was great. It was meticulously clean and the addition of the washer and dryer were super helpful for us. The AC also kept the place very cool and comfortable. The TVs were also huge! Making late night movies a treat. I would recommend staying here.
Just for clarity for those booking, there’s the large king bed in the bedroom (it’s a one bedroom) and then two pull out couch beds in the living room, which we found adequately comfortable. San Diego is close to the airport, so everywhere has some noise from the incoming flights—but this place is right in the path of the airport. It didn’t bother us too much (they go by quickly, and not so much at night), but something to consider. The planes are very low when they cross over the roof (I think the closest I’ve ever been to a plane landing).
The place is pretty well noise proofed and it didn’t bother us much, if anything we found it as a bit exciting, but worth a mention.
The beds are very comfortable. The bedsheets are nice. The place is clean. It has a wonderful blender and nice cooking utensils.
Everything was great, do consider that every 5 minutes or so a super LOUD airplane goes by, we didn't have a problem sleeping but kind of weird during waking hours.

Wonderful place and wonderful host! Adam was very communicative, prompt, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Minutes away from my fave restaurant in SD (Blue Water Grill!) as well as museums, zoo, the airport. Comfy and tasteful, loved it.
