This was the perfect place to stay during our time in San Diego. It had AC which was critical during the heat wave. It’s also super close to the airport! Adam was responsive and check in was easy. I’d stay again!
Exactly as described. Great access to the airport and especially the rental car facility. You can occasionally hear footsteps of tenants in the house above, but that was as described and it was not an issue for us. There were earplugs provided at bedside if wanted. I did not use them and my sleep was not disturbed. Enjoyed our stay.

The place is hard to find and they noise is a bit loud
Great property. We decided to come a day early and work from the place. Internet did trip up a few times so that was not ideal. Keep that in mind when determining if this is the place for you. AC worked well and about a 20 min walk to food and drinks in more populated business centers.
While it had black out curtains. They don’t do amazing at keeping sunlight out in the morning so if you need a dark place to sleep this might not be the place for you. Since there is a not of natural light.
Communication was great with the owner. Very responsive. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.

We had a great stay! The highlights of this place were definitely the location and the excellent AC. The place was perfect for our needs (2 adults and a toddler). The dedicated parking spot was very much appreciated. It’s a quick drive to old town, little Italy, etc. We would stay here again.

Adam’s home is a perfect place for 3 people. Very spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. It’s a private and a great location for comic con! Definitely recommend and would stay again.
We had such a good stay here! The place was very clean. The kitchen had a two burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, and sink. The bathroom was acceptable, and the bedroom was amazing! The host is very kind and understanding and he was also very welcoming! Definitely recommend!
We had a great stay overall. There was a minor issue with the door lock that required maintenance, but the host responded quickly and had it taken care of right away. We met Adam when he came to check on the issue, and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The space itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for a couple on vacation. The location was another highlight—there were several restaurants within walking distance, and it was especially convenient if you’re renting a car from the airport. Returning our rental was quick and hassle-free. We’d happily stay here again!
Nice place to stay - a little loud (within an earshot of the airport, the highway, and light rail, as well as upstairs neighbors), but good space and nice AC.

My stay was great all around and would recommend as it’s an easy walk or ride to near downtown areas. Close to too airport which helped a lot. The unit fit for four people comfortably.. The neighbours were friendly which was a nice touch.

We had a great stay!! We were more than happy with the accommodations and location. The noise was not an issue for us, we didn't need ear plugs or the sound machine. When the window was open it was a little noisy, but more like white noise than obnoxious traffic.
We were there for the ball games, the place was a 10 minute drive, no traffic, ideal place for petco park and gas lamp district, definitely worth the money and the place to stay, will definitely stay there in the future, just hope it will be available
This is a great place to stay to explore San Diego! The bed and sofa bed were comfy, and the apartment was clean and had everything we could need - dishes and cutlery, towels, bathroom essentials, irons and hair dryer, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
Would highly recommend staying here - was a perfect week for me and my husband. We had to work remotely for a few days with lots of video calls and had no issues with the wifi and everything was super clean and though it's a small space, it's layout is thought out very well. It's also a super quick 10 min walk from the airport car rental so we were easily able to walk and go pick up our rental car. We'd definitely love to stay here again next time we're in San Diego - very convenient!

The apartment was clean and worked well for our needs. It wasn’t walkable to the places we visited, but we took an Uber and were there in 10-15 minutes of the downtown harbor, Zoo and Little Italy. Unfortunately during our stay the tenants in the upstairs unit were loud at night and we had a few nights of disruptive sleep.
Had a great time using this as a base to explore the city!

Thoughtfully decorated and set up, looks just as advertised. Walkable to Starlite (amazing restaurant) and local bar Aero Club. Easy and quick to Uber to airport, Little Italy and downtown. The hot tub was a nice plus!
If noisy areas don't bother, you then I recommend Adam's place 100%! I don't want this review to reflex poorly on Adam's place, but I feel people should be aware of the noise level when staying here. Adam's place is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Even though it is located very near to everything we wanted, it is in a very noisy area, near interstate, airport and a train. I was not aware that the apartment was under another guest area and the insulation between the floors is nonexistent. We can hear every step taken and also when the bathtub water was running. Adam was extremely attenuative and very responsive but unfortunately, we did end up checking out a day early and staying elsewhere so we could get some rest before our long drive back to NM.
Had a very pleasant and comfortable. The place is clean and well equipped with everything that you might need for a short stay.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very residential, making it a comfortable place to stay. We really appreciated the easy parking, which is a big plus in San Diego. The location is extremely convenient — just about 5 minutes from the rental car center and a short drive to major attractions like Old Town, Balboa Park, the Zoo, downtown, and the beaches. It’s a great base for sightseeing without the noise or crowds of tourist-heavy areas.
Adam was also very accommodating and kind. Due to winter storms, we had a last-minute flight change and arrived much earlier than planned. Adam helped us with an early check-in, which made a stressful travel day much easier. We truly appreciated his flexibility and responsiveness. Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is centrally located to everything in San Diego- we saw soo much in SD and the jacuzzi helped with relaxing at the end of our long days 🙂 laundry on site helped too. You’re close to Little Italy and 10-15 mins away from beaches, Balboa park, the zoo, etc.
Adam was responsive throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues; the noise (airport, trains) didn’t really bother us. If you are super sensitive to any sounds outside you probably are best staying in a less central location in SD. But I don’t think this would be a problem for most people visiting the city. Earplugs, noise machine are supplied in case.
I highly recommend this Airbnb. I have stayed in San Diego at least 5 times now and this is the Airbnb I would choose to return to upon my next visit.
Should you stay here and enjoy a little local nightlife, recommend Aero Club & Regal Beagle. We found local spots more enjoyable than locations like gaslamp quarter.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. And Adam is such a friendly and accommodating host. The space is always clean and tidy, and the serenity and amenities are lovely.
As someone who have used airbnbs for the last 10-12 years I have never felt so bamboozled for a listing. One, no stairs were ever mentioned in the listing let alone at the fact it is a second floor unit. It was never mentioned we would have neighbors for a house that felt Frankenstein-d where one door can lead to their unit and we can hear their conversation and then sneezing and stomping. The listing made it seems like it was on the first floor and a stand alone unit. Not a jigsaw puzzle of a house and honestly not ADA friendly let alone it wasnt mentioned. The mud/stone steps that leads to a wobbly wood step. The apartment was so humid during our stay I had to keep the fans on so nothing would mold. But everything was moist, which I know in san diego it’s rare but it happened, I mean really the listing really was false advertisement. If you have a lot of bags or knee issues, I do not recommend.

My husband and our 8 year old daughter stayed here for Thanksgiving week. By far the cleanest place I've stayed in my experience when renting a home away from home. Adam keeps the spot well organized, had literally EVERYTHING you could want or need. My husband, a coffee drinker had his needs met, myself a tea drinker was considered also! Everything you need to cook, games and books for kids, even a sound marchine which I depend on at home as a light sleeper, ear plugs, full size shampoo conditioner and body wash... We definitely brought more than we needed not expecting to have the place so fully stocked. It was the perfect size for the three of us and we didn't even use the hot tub which was available also. Adam was the best host checking in with us before, during, and after our stay. The bed was comfortable, instructions to check in and out were clear and I couldn't have asked for more!
Second time we stayed there and enjoyed it just as much this time as last. It is very conveniently located, 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to see. Enjoyed the jacuzzi.
This place felt like a little spa, and was so welcome after long days on a work trip. Slippers, essential oil diffuser, white noise machine, tea selection - so many nice touches that I appreciated. (Plus hot tub access.) Yes, there is a lot of highway and airport noise in this neighborhood, but the apartment itself is an oasis and worth a visit.
We were super happy with our stay! This little unit is a gem. It’s small but you have everything you need. I loved the king bed and secluded hot tub. We hung out in Little Italy nearby. We stayed 8 nights and felt right at home.
We had a great stay at this house. The place is centrally located . It is very close to the airport, tourist destinations like Sea world, Balboa park, zoo etc. They have 1 parking spot which was useful for us because we rented a car. The host was proactive and very responsive. The instructions were clear and the home was clean. They had everything I needed with a toddler. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Adam’s cozy private apartment, amenities were everything you need and then some, squeaky clean, and honestly everything you would ever need to stay there long term, close to the airport and highways right in the middle of everything and still private. I had a wonderful stay will definitely be looking to see if Adams place is available for my next trip to San Diego.
I needed a place to stay for a convention on short notice, and this spot turned out to be perfect — and reasonably priced considering how late I booked. The space was spotless, with a large, comfortable bed and a spacious shower with great water pressure. The private hot tub was a fantastic bonus for unwinding after long days at the conference.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a few nice restaurants within walking distance (though I spent most of my time downtown). It’s also a quick drive to the convention center and airport, with the beaches just as close in the other direction — making it a great option for both business and leisure trips.
Had a great time, place felt just like home. Hot tub was easily accessible, place was clean and very easy to find.

We really enjoyed Adam’s place as a landing spot for our wedding week in San Diego. Our only issue was with the washer being out of service for the time we stayed as he was very responsive to any issues we had and in process of getting it fixed. Just as well we didn’t waste our time doing laundry during our time there. 🙂 Other than that, it was perfect. Close to beaches and highways. Also the views were fantastic and we even took our wedding get ready photos there because the setting was so unique.

I was in absolute awe of this air bnb. It was small but beautiful. The views were beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen small but useful and coffee was lovely! Loved everything. The only complaint I have is the dryer wasn’t working properly but other than that it was perfect!

Very clean, quaint space. The large king bed was very comfortable and the AC and ceiling fans kept the space cool. The main bedroom was actually quite large with plenty of space to move around and manage luggage. Having our own parking space was really great, especially at the end of the cul-de-sac. I appreciated the stovetop (no oven). Though the kitchenette space is small, we were able to make some simple meals. The space is perfect for a few guests, especially if you are planning to be out and about a lot. Communication and information sharing were stellar.

Our stay here was overall great. It’s a quiet street with well cared for homes. My family and I felt safe. Location for our planned activities, cleanliness, and amenities is what will bring us back. I loved all the little thoughtful touches to the unit.
However, some things to note that the host does not have control of:
- it is a downstairs unit, so u can hear the upstairs unit walking around. We were out nearly all day so it didn’t bother us much.
- it is on a hillside, so if u have little ones like us just be careful. There is a fence to the end of the property, but still a bit of a slide down.
- some reviews stated the airport noise. I’m a light sleeper and it didn’t bother me much. In the unit it is muffled and there are earplugs that are provided just in case u need them.
- the bathroom sink is narrow. So it can be challenging to wash your face. However, there is another sink in the unit that can be used if need be.
Overall great place and would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay in San Diego thanks to this place. The apartment was well planned, with thoughtfully chosen amenities that made everything we needed easily accessible. Every detail seemed carefully considered, making our stay effortless and comfortable. It’s a very good stay for a family of four with younger kids. The space was clean and very well maintained, which made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail.

The location was great if you dont mind the sounds of air traffic and the train. Just a quick drive to where we wanted to go. Be mindful of the stairs. The place had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy.
This was a cute little gem. I will definitely be booking here again. Especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of walking at Comic Con. The MTS was about a 10 min walk and drops you off right in front of the convention center. The AC gets very cold which was great to walk into after being in the sun. It was three of us that stayed here and the place was cozy and very functional. Would recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Adam’s space! Nestled at the end of the street and we enjoyed being able to walk over to Aero Club as it is very close! The walls are thin and we could constantly hear the children upstairs but nothing too crazy! We would definitely revisit this space 🙂
Great little place, perfect for two. Great location, close to everything. Adam definitely went out of his way to try to think of everything that we would need for a pleasant stay.
We stayed at this location for a Marine graduation so it was a quick walk or drive over to the base, which was convenient. I would say the place is a bit cluttered for 4 guests but we made it work. There is an AC system in the bedroom which worked great but did not for the guests in the living room/kitchen area. I would also like to mention that the upstairs neighbors were quite loud and noisy. It sounded like children were stomping around early mornings and furniture was being dragged at times, but one can’t fully blame the hosts for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’d recommend it for anyone in need of a quick trip to San Diego.

The host was very responsive and the home was very organized and clean.
From the very get go they prioritized us having a wonderful stay. Very accomidating with Pack and Play as well as highchair. Also added other baby items as small touches which not many places do. Close to airport as well as a jumping off to many other great locations. Would one hundred percent stay there again.
Bed was comfortable, enough space to set up a pack n play. High chair was provided. Location was central to everything we wanted to do (sea world, zoo and the marina) The hot tub was clean. Would stay here again.
The Airbnb was such a great place to stay, we booked this very last second due to another Airbnb being bad and they far exceeded our expectations! We would definitely come back, such a cozy place.
Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home.
The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything.

Great little spot! My husband and I were there for 5 nights. Solid pub and brewery within walking distance (good drinks, and both had good food). Easy to find, the pictures helped with parking and how to locate this apartment. I am sensitive to outside noise, and I slept quite well here. Has a serene, spa like vibe to the inside. No complaints!
Adam's place was better than we expected. We have no complaints with the amenities. You don't have to worry about cold showers, the water runs hot. The hot tub was amazing and had privacy. There's a really cool bar maybe a 4 min walk away with an arcade and food trucks if your older. Downtown is a 5 min drive away as well. With the freeway right near the house we could go to different beachfronts with ease. Will definitely book again in the future if it's available.

We had a good stay, good host communication, very clean.Was a good home base to stay while seeing our new granson. Even had to add on a couple days which Adam made easy.Enjoyed hot tub as well!Only drawback is noise from neighboors in house. Other than that, it met our needs perfectly!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the zoo/park and short drive to downtown or the beach. Place was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and laundry was convenient. It is close to the highway and airport so there is noise. You can also occasionally hear people walking or water running through the pipes. There was a white noise machine which was nice. If your looking for quiet this might not be it. But if city noise doesn't bother you this place is great!
Pro- Perfect little clean place to stay close to the airport for a 1-2 people. Cutely decorated like a little spa. 2 big smart TVs. Walkable to restaurants. 3 blocks from the trolley.
Cons-You can hear every step from people upstairs and when they go downstairs like they were in your room. Adam apologized and said people were checking out. The next night it was the same issue.
The couch/sofa bed had a huge stain on it . No biggie but when got the linen, they were stained in multiple areas. The tvs were not connected to the streaming services. We had to add 1 by 1 with Adam’s help. Adam’s was amazing with his apologetic responses and solutions. That was one of the best part. I asked if I could leave after that 2nd night instead of 4. He allowed it.
But when Airbnb sent the updated bill, I was surprised at the refund. I paid over $700 x 4 days. I ended up paying $500 x2 nights. I was told the cleaning fee was $110. Apt not worth $500 x 2 days. Will not rent again due to the noise/price
It was a great stay, given parking, kitchen and laundry are available, it allowed flexibility for me to stay a few days and geel at home. All you need is there and more. I didnt get to use the hot tub, but i can see it overlooks a great sunset view. Walkable to some restaurants and bars, i recommend shakespeares. Awesome stay , thanks Adam.

Adam was amazing! The place was pristine. The bed was comfortable, hot tub was enjoyable, and the laundry was convenient. It was a short walk to the nearest bus stop and only a little bit father to the nearest trolley. Parking was convenient as well. Adam was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again.
This rental was good for my holiday stay with my two adult kids. Hot tub was clean, as was the entire apartment. Good restaurants and cafe within walking distance was a plus. Reviews mentioned noise from neighbors and city traffic, but we found it to be unobtrusive. Adam's hospitality and support was on point, I totally recommend him as a host.

This was a great stay for us. The space was just big enough for our few days there and had everything we needed to utilize. The amenities were great including the hot tub and laundry just up the stairs from the unit. The price was phenomenal for our length of stay and central location to all things downtown San Diego.
I was perfectly happy with my stay! The place was extremely clean and exactly as described. Adam was a very responsive host, and went above and beyond to proactively provide everything I could possibly need for my stay in a convenient little guide, including restaurant/bar recommendations and detailed information about the property. It was also an incredible value for the price, and the hot tub was a very nice touch! Thank you!
My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything about it is great for 2 people. The only inconvenience is the noise of the neighbors. Given it was a Friday and Saturday night and they weren’t loud after 10PM, I didn’t really have an issue with it. I would stay again!

Adam’s place is very clean and in a quiet area. He checked in during my stay to see if I needed anything and was very responsive. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Will be booking again!
Adam was a responsive host and for the right people this is a good spot. For us, it simply wasn't. The location was incredibly noisy for a couple of reasons:
1. You're right on top of the Airport, a Railway station and a Freeway - it's just a combined lot of noise.
2. I'm not sure if the guests in the conjoining buildings are temporary or permanent but they had young children, the walls were very thin and there was a lot of stomping and screaming throughout the day.
I don't blame the host for the issues, it was simply the experience we have. You need a car to get around, this isn't a great location for walking.
Finally, it's a very small place. The kitchen is difficult to use (no oven). We cut our trip short but appreciate Adam for accommodating this change.
The place truly is a GEM! Both comfortable and cozy, the apartment was beautifully appointed and absolutely pristine. Adam (the host) obviously cares about every detail to ensure a great experience, so the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. During my stay, Adam reached out to ensure all was going well and that I didn't have any concerns (which I didn't, but really appreciated the gesture!). As for location, the apartment has super convenient (and quick) access to Little Italy, Downtown SD, Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, Mission Hills, Old Town, the freeway (I-5), the airport, everything! Plus, it's in a lovely neighborhood that felt very safe and welcoming. I would absolutely stay again!
Place was clean and it has a lot of features to make guests comfortable. We appreciated the night lights in every room and the motion sensor lights from the entrance to the room. Adam has been extremely responsive and helpful since we made this reservation. I will definitely stay again or recommend this place to San Diego visitors.

It was perfect for our little family of 3. The bed was so comfortable and the place had all the little extras you could think of (more than what was listed). It was nice to have 2 tv's, as we were able to watch a movie in the bedroom once our son fell asleep on the couch. I did not realize that the kitchenet had a 2 burner range but would have used it for breakfast if we had come prepared. The fridge is small but perfect for small meals. Walking up to the place may be a little difficult for people with mobility issues (high wooden stairs) but it was fine for us. The bathroom was a perfect size and had more than enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. I was very grateful to be able to do laundry during our stay as we packed very light. The only down side to this place was the shared wall with the main house. You do hear all the footsteps and if the guest in the house are more active and rowdy, you will hear it all at all hours of the day.
The place was cozy and cute. The first few nights it was hot even with the cooling unit on. However that was not Adam’s fault that was our fault for not knowing how to properly use it. So just make sure you put it on the right settings and it’ll be cool. The neighbors were a little rowdy at times. That’s the only real thing I could see anyone having an issue with. There is a sound machine provided so it’ll drown some of the noise out. It was just as pictured. Clean and in a good location near the airport. Check in and check out was easy. We loved staying there 😊

Exactly as photographed! We felt right at home and the place was equipped with every essential you could need like a needle and thread, shower tools, seasonings, and plenty of coffee and tea! Adam was also very responsive! The only thing to look out for would be using the community laundry, make sure to schedule time to use it as you can only use either the washer or dryer at a time and need to prepare time to let clothes dry since the dryer was not as efficient. Other than that, this place is awesome would definitely book again!

If you are single, or a couple, this place is Ok. The place is small, pictures are pretty accurate. Limited countertop space, particularly in the bathroom.
If you have kids, think twice & be prepared for extra fees for accidents. We do our best to take care of others homes, but accidents are bound to happen & our son had two while there (a nose bleed that happened overnight & the second was upchucking on our last night). We hand cleaned the soiled linens & even started the wash cycle before we left, & still incurred extra cleaning fees. To be fair, the extra charges are pointed out in the home guide that you have to read & sign after booking. What I didn’t care for was other stains (not from us) were included in pictures that were sent to us with the extra invoice. I pointed that out to Adam, but it wasn’t acknowledged. We also weren’t notified of the extra fees until a week later. Adam was responsive & helpful during our stay, but overall we wouldn’t stay again.
We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come back next time!

This place was amazing! Very clean and cozy, felt at home the moment we walked in. Everything you can think of you’ll need is provided for, from kitchen utensils, spices and condiments, to all your bathroom and bedroom needs, even laundry detergent and dryer sheets!! The one thing that stood out the most is that Adam even provides Netflix, HBO, Disney+ accounts on both of the TVs. My son really appreciated this as he enjoyed a couple Disney movies when we weren’t out and just wanted to relax at home. Lastly, Adam’s communication and instructions were impeccable, couldn’t have made it any easier!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Location was ideal for airport, Recruit Depot and freeway. Stairs could be tricky for some but overall a great place.
It was really cute and clean. But the hot tub dosent get hot enough and the Ubers could never find us so I missed a flight. Also excessive check in and check out instructions on as annoying.

Cute, clean little place. Conveniently located. As other guests have noted, you will have people above and next to you in their rentals (much like apartment living). Be prepared for overhead noise if the people above you are heavy-footed. There are nice little touches all around the unit! Adam provides a sound machine (smart) to help with sleeping. He was very responsive when I messaged him regarding the upstairs noise and asked me to let him know if it happened again. This, of course, is no fault of Adam’s and I understand that. The location is great! You can walk to a couple of great restaurants/bar, close to farmer’s market, old town, and little Italy. Overall it was a great stay with a great host that seems eager and happy to please his guests. Thanks, Adam!

Absolutely highly recommend! This is my friend’s second time staying here and it’s been consistently incredible! The location is perfect, the amenities are top-notch, and the jacuzzi is a fantastic bonus. Everything about this place far exceeded my expectations. 10/10!! The space was even more beautiful and perfect for our romantic weekend getaway than we could have hoped for! And there were so many thoughtful touches for us guests as well! Our wonderful host had provided extra pairs of slippers and battery powered lanterns for completely relaxing and romantic hot tub experience after a long day of traveling and there was also a white noise machine in the bedroom! Would absolutely stay here again!
Adam was very responsive and would check in with me to make sure everything was going well. The location is great, there’s a lot of places close by so it made the commute about 10 minutes from everything. His place was clean and it had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I would recommend staying here.

Adam's place was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 people, close to tons of restaurants, and there are plenty of things to do within the area.
Very clean and comfortable. The water gets extremely hot which we loved. Minutes to the airport and San Diego zoo. The host was friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Nice for a couple’s or solo getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay in every way! An immaculate Airbnb with all amenities, yet it felt like home. The jacuzzi was a plus! We had a lovely time at Shakespeare’s Pub, one of the host’s recommended places. I would encourage anyone to stay here.
If this is available-book it! It’s a quiet, lovely neighborhood with parking. The apartment is cute and clean. The hot tub is awesome. You couldn’t ask for a better host!
Great stay! The unit is on the smaller side but was perfect for 2 of us, and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the basic necessities. Adam was very communicative, responsive, and most instructions that came with check in/check out were very clear and made it easy to come and go.
A few notes:
First, it was somewhat confusing trying to find the actual unit at first; however, I found using Apple Maps over Goo-gle Maps led me straight to the driveway.
Second, the stove is a small 2-burner unit and the fridge is an actual mini fridge. I may have missed the distinction in the listing, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Still plenty of room and functional for a 3-night stay.
Finally, if you’re a light sleeper and have a hard time drowning out noise from the outside, keep in mind that you can hear others from the neighboring units, including above. Nothing a ceiling fan, TV, and/or the sound machine provided by the host can’t handle.
You can tell this place is ran by a professional. From the clear check-in instructions guided by photo and text in a great slideshow, to the freshly sanitized toilet, to the amenities, comfort was the priority and comfort was the prize. Having access to the private Jacuzzi Which was above ground and inground at the same time was a classy touch. I spent a couple days there and plan to return for its location was near the freeway but not burdened by the sound of it. Sometimes in San Diego you’re lucky to get an AC and even luckier to get a heater, Having access to a warm bedroom on those cold nights was such a highlight. The television entertainment was plentiful and I would recommend this place to my most favorite people.
Loved our stay at Adam’s spot. The place was spotless, literally nothing was out of place. The bed was very comfortable. He provided all toiletries! On premises parking made this place ideal! Loved it!

This place was phenomenal! The location was a perfect distance from downtown SD and all the surrounding beaches. The place is small by listed size, but felt so much bigger inside because of how well put together it is. The hot tub being so close and accessible made the place nearly too good to be true.

Nuestra estancia en el departamento de Adam fue excelente! Nos quedamos mi esposa y yo solo por un fin de semana pero nos gustó que el lugar estuviera abastecido con todo lo que podríamos necesitar y más! Tal como lo mencionan otros huéspedes las paredes sí son muy delgadas y los ruidos se traspasan, pero eso no significó un problema para nosotros. La ubicación también era muy buena ya que pudimos llegar a todas partes usando uber y el costo era aceptable. Adam fue muy amable y atento todo el tiempo. Cuando volvamos a San Diego nos encantaría volver a quedarnos aquí.
This Airbnb stay was actually better than expected! So many additional touches like slippers to wear around the place, tv trays and a sound maker if you’re having difficulty going to bed! One of the only stays I’ve probably had where it felt like a home. Close to downtown and some really cool walking spots! Will stay here again next time we do a Staycation.
This place was great. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. We were in town for our son’s Marine Corps graduation, Adam’s place is literally a 3 minute drive to the front gate. You can see the recruit depot from the driveway. Adam was more than helpful with everything. He answered every question I had almost instantly. He even checked in via text to make sure everything was going smoothly. You couldn’t ask for more from a Airbnb host. Outside of the apartment is quite noisy with freeway traffic and airport traffic but inside you didn’t hear any of that at all. The apartment is located at the end of a cul du sac with little to no traffic. The off the street parking was a huge plus for us. Check in was super easy with clear instructions and photos. Highly recommend.

This was a great affordable place for our small family during our visit to San Diego. Lots of do close by, very clean and nice. It also had a designated parking spot which is very important in the city. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Adams! It’s a quick and cheap Lyft to so many areas so it was easy to explore. The place itself was nice and had everything we needed. It was a great place to come home to at night and relax in the living area or in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Adam’s cozy, clean and charming oasis. It felt like staying in a tree house, but with amenities including the hot tub right out our front door. We will definitely be back.

We felt right at home. It was my first time traveling with my toddler and Adam’s place accommodated our every need. It was all the small things like having a play pin and high chair, things like toddler utensils and books to read. We it’s was home away from home. It helped that the place was super clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Adam’s place, is awesome for single travelers,couples, or even families of three. Location is close to the airport, basically 10 -20 min drive to everything San Diego has to offer. beach, downtown, zoo, etc. The place is clean, and comfortable. Neighbors above you have heavy feet typically in the morning, but if you’re looking for a clean, reasonably priced option to lay your head and clean up this is a better option then a standard hotel room. Adam was a awesome host, was very accessible to reach, responded quickly about any inquiries and also checked in if we needed anything. I would stay there again. Thanks Adam.
