We stayed here with our toddler. The location is great for getting around San Diego and seeing popular spots, although the immediate surroundings are somewhat less savory than we expected. Parking was not usually an issue for us, and it was free which was nice.
The home had everything we needed and overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Clear instructions with step by step photos for check in. Good location for Balboa Park if you have a car. Minimal check out steps which was nice.
The place was great and centrally located although in and older part of town. Our main problems with the place was the terrible parking. It’s street parking so upon arrivle we had to park down the block and carry all of our luggage to the house which was not great. This was a continued theme through out our stay. Sometimes we got right in front an others down the block which is not great when you have groceries or other items. The house seemed smaller that the pictures but was very clean and central location was a plus. It had many accomodations and clean cookware. Laundry is in back in a tiny outdoor shed not a big deal but made us not want to use it. All in all we had a great stay and the host was very responsive and communitacive throughout our trip.

Nice spot that was close enough to downtown to uber/lyft, but also get away from the city and get some peace and quiet unlike a hotel where you have people walking down the halls all times of night and day screaming and talking. The house was very clean and there was always parking no matter what time we would come back from being out.
The place is so clean and nice. Roksolana’s response in time, every problem was solved immediately. The house is quiet, I will definitely visit and stay again!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Everything you could possibly need was available, from cooking essentials and appliances to high-quality towels — all top-notch.
The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep, which is something we truly value. Having three large Samsung TVs was also a fantastic bonus.
Parking was easily available and very convenient, with no issues at all.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2.5 year old and found the place to be perfect! It was easy to find, very clean and cozy and had all the amenities we needed. We also found it to be very toddler friendly which was amazing. (Not a lot of knick knacks for the baby to get into, but a handful of appropriate toys/books) It was peaceful and quiet and a short drive to the attractions we visited. The host was amazing—very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely consider staying again.
I enjoyed this location! It was the perfect sized space for 3 adults, 1 child. All of the utensils and kitchenware were great. The TV’s did not require us to have to login to our own accounts which was convenient. Parking was a little crowded but as the host stated, you’ll definitely find something nearby. I hope to return to be able to utilize other amenities like the outdoor seating. Overall we had a wonderful stay & plan to book this place again in the future.

Roksalanas place was amazing and any cooking utensil you needed was there! Her place is stylish and simplistic yet very elegant! Her coffee is a must try!!!
The fire stove is amazing and she had plenty of linens for us all. Her bbq pit and fire pit was a great close to the end of our nights!
Our experience was fantastic! The properly was newly renovated, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a group of colleagues during a conference in San Diego and had an amazing time in the house. The beds and the sleeping couch were very comfortable, and also besides that, the house has everything we needed, including a very nice coffee maker. The communication with the host was without issues and always prompt. The check-in worked without any issues. We would definitely stay in this house again.

We loved this Airbnb! The home was spotless and very clean, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable! The unit is one half of a duplex located in a busy residential neighborhood but it was still quiet and felt private with a gated locked privacy fence. We felt safe in the neighborhood and street parking was typically fine with spots right in front of the home.
We traveled with 2 small kids, one a baby, in which our host provided a pack & play and high chair. All baby items were clean and seemingly brand new.
The location was really great, only 20 minutes or less to the zoo, downtown, midway museum, and close to lots of food options. Would definitely recommend this rental without hesitation.
As described. 3 adults one 5 year old and one 6 month old. Sharing one bathroom can be challenging but manageable. As noted, outside of the walls it can be a tad scary especially at night time. Otherwise great stay. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights. Host had sofa couch ready and also a baby high chair and baby sleeping portable pen.

We had a lovely stay at Roksolana’s home! The space was beautiful, bright, clean, and well decorated. We felt right at home! This was a great little oasis in the heart of the city. 10 minutes to anywhere! This is a managed property so it seemed more like staying in a resort, i lioved it!

My family and I had a great stay here. The pictures are accurate. Street parking was very easy - we always parked right in front of the house. The beds were very comfortable. Living spaces were clean and clear of clutter. Towels were found in the media cabinet in the living room. The host was quick to reply to questions and followed up to ensure we had a good stay. Within walking distance to a great coffee shop and a short drive to some of the best Mexican food in San Diego.

My friends and I wanted a place to stay for two nights. We booked this place the night before ! And they still manage to get us approved and ready to check in a 8 Am.
Honestly very satisfied, everything was clean and they even had a few games to play!

We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed townhouse, conveniently located near many San Diego attractions. The home’s spacious design and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a real getaway, especially with features like the serene patio, BBQ grill, and fire pit, which added a unique touch to our evenings. The king-sized beds were very comfortable, and having streaming services available on the large TVs was a great perk for unwinding.
However, the neighborhood was a bit less polished than expected, and we noticed that the floors could have been cleaner. Parking was generally available, but arriving late meant finding spots further away. Despite these minor issues, the central location made it easy to explore San Diego’s highlights, and the host’s attention to detail in the setup and amenities contributed to an overall enjoyable stay.
This worked well for us as we came from Michigan for our son's homecoming from deployment.

Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown.
Positive: Recent remodeling is superb with a very pleasant appearance.
Negative: The kitchen sink is slow to drain, microwave power is low. Lights and air conditioners flickered on and off, must be some fault in the electric power.

Nice and clean with basics like coffee available. Comfortable and large beds made for great accommodation. The only thing to know is that the area is very center meaning there are unhoused people who are living on the streets close by if that is something that concerns you or your family. For us, city folk, it is a reality and not a reason to complain. Very central and easy to get everywhere quickly. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place and great host! A few things to highlight.
1. When we arrive the AC is already turned on, proving perfect temperature for the hot summer.
2. I made a request of an additional mattress for baby and the host kindly purchased a new one for us
3. Our plan changes and we need to leave early. The host kindly did a partial refund for us.
4. The room is very new and comfortable.

Nice location convenient to so many points of interest in San Diego. Loved the fact you could get almost anywhere without having to get on the busy freeways. There were three of us and the size of house was just fine.
Perfect for 4! A little less so for more than 4 people since everyone has to share a single bathroom.
The biggest plus is the location. The area is not all that appealing but right in the city's center, so every touristy destination was less than a 20-minute drive away!

This place is ideal, it is only 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to National City where my son needs to take a test. It is easy to walk around, some coffee shops, Mexican Bakery and restaurants close by. Roksolana 's place is very clean, when we got there the shower didnt drain well, her husband came to fix it and we had perfect shower. We felt safe staying there. Neighborhood is quite.
I really loved this house. Such an attentive host. I made a mistake of not reading the house manual at first. I have to say that this is the most comprehensive document for vacation rental I have ever read! It had photos, explanations on literally anything you would need in San Diego, recommendations for restaurants and attractions.
Everything inside the house was brand new and very clean! The kitchen was well equipped, and I had everything I needed to make food, even a blender to make my smoothies. I appreciated the huge variety of teas and coffee. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever, I even asked for link to buy it for my own home. I had the best night of sleep there! The front yard had a beautiful fire pit patio set great for evening hang outs. Laundry was a huge bonus. Parking on the street was easy to find. You can’t beat this location! It is very close to all attractions and beaches, and the area seems very family oriented and quiet.

The house was great for our trip. Very clean and comfortable. Loved being able to sit outside at the fire pit. The host was great, responded very quickly when we had questions. The house is updated and very cute, the surrounding area and houses are old and run down with bars are their windows. We were a little worried when we first arrived, however no one bothered us and it was a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I walked in the mornings and found nearby coffee shops and bakeries. The location is fairly close to a lot of the attractions which is nice. We’d definitely recommend this place to others.
The house is perfect on the inside. It is very comfortable and has all the comforts of home. I especially love everything they have stocked in the kitchen. Although I did not see any instructions about there being laundry, and I discovered it on my last day there. There’s a very nice washer and dryer in the back of the house inside of a nice shed. The house is located in an area of town that is in the process of being revitalized. That being said all the adjacent homes are very old and have bars over the windows. There was enough parking right in front, which was very convenient. It was nice to be in town and to be close to everything: beaches and Little Italy and Coronado Island. I also liked the fact that they had AC units in every room, which made it very comfortable at night to sleep. A lot of houses in California do not have AC so this was great! Roksolana answered my texts quickly so I felt we had great customer service.
My girl group LOVED this little air bnb! It was close to everything we wanted to do, we felt super safe, and it was so clean. The host was very responsive to our messages and approved our early check in when it was a last minute flight change. We definitely would stay here again if we come back to San Diego!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in San Diego. Zoo, Sea World, Gaslamp Quater oder Old Town sind jeweils in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist ok, aber es gibt natürlich auch schönere Ecken in San Diego. Dafür ist die Wohnung super modern ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden. Können es nur empfehlen.
I loved staying at this airbnb. It was super clean and the unit seemed newly renovated. There were 3 huge tvs and a kitchen that was fully stocked. Also had fans and AC which was great. Location was in a quiet neighborhod so we all slept well. Since there was no assigned parking you had to park on the street but worst case we parked 1 block away. Overall would recommend

Roksolana's place was very nice. The home had a gate for privacy. Inside the home we had everything we needed , all of the appliances, electronics, dishwear were top quality. Everything we needed for our child was already in the home. We went to most of the main attractions in San Diego and we were no more than 10-20 minutes away from everything. Any questions I asked were responded to in a timely manner. Thank you again for your great home it was a pleasure.

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit Waschmaschine. Nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Für 5 Personen war die Unterkunft leider etwas eng, schade war auch dass es nur 4 Stühle gab. Roksolanka hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns bei Probleme geholfen.

We enjoyed 4nights in Roksalana’s clean private and modern style cozy house. The neighbor hood was quiet and there were nice restaurants and food trucks in a walkable distance. At the end of staying I felt like this is my home.
You can enjoy many streaming channels like Netflix, Amazon prime Disney etc under owner’s account.

Vacation home was very clean, very tidy, designed well and updated, very comfortable, had the amenities that we needed, fit our family of five comfortably even with one bathroom. We enjoyed some night life and the location was close to bars and restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with owner and even work through a faulty smoke detector. We will most definitely be back to book again. Thank you everything went very well and we enjoyed our stay

My husband, brother, and I stayed in this lovely Airbnb for about a week. Roksolana sent us very clear instructions prior to our arrival and the check in process was so easy and smooth. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and SO CLEAN, absolutely pristine ! There was a wonderful kitchen with silverware and plates and an excellent selection of tea, three very large TVs, two HUGE comfy beds, an awesome couch and a beautiful bathroom. We really felt cosy and at home here. We also really appreciated that it was within a 10 minute drive of nearly everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The laundry was also a life saver. Lastly, unlike many Airbnb recently where hosts request you scrub down their home, Roksolana only requested we remove the trash and wash the dishes (there's a dishwasher!). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we are in town !
This place was accurately described and very clean. Logan height area was close to the places we wanted to visit. The only downside was parking. We were left with parking a full block away when we came back late one night. It made me a bit nervous because it was just my daughter and I walking in a dimly lit area.

Absolutely loved Roksolanas place! She was a great host and loved everything about her home. I am so happy to have found this place last minute because our last bnb unfortunately did not work out for us. Loved the AC and tv in all rooms! Everything looked brand new and was soooo clean! Felt right at home and Roksolana was so responsive. Loved that they had a washer and dryer in the back that was shared with the neighbor but did not pose any inconvenience. Location did not bother us at all- it was quiet at night and always found parking! Will definitely stay here again and I definitely recommend!

This was a great stay in San Diego! The place is gorgeous and was perfect for myself and husband. We decided to stay in Airbnb instead of a hotel last minute and glad we did! The location is close to all major attractions in SD and is quiet in the evenings. Great coffee shop around the corner and great Mexican food too. Parking was a little spotty if we came back late but we always found a spot. Roksolana had great instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again in the future!
Roksolana was an excellent host. She was very communicative throughout the stay. The location is close to all the sites in San Diego. I would highly recommend staying here!
