Adam’s place was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for our son’s USMC graduation. It’s clean, welcoming, spacious, and having a dedicated parking spot was great. We easily fit a minivan in the spot. The location can’t be beat, especially for those in town for the same reason – 6 minutes from the door to the base is a HUGE perk when you are heading off to Family Day and graduation in the early morning hours! We loved spending time in the outdoor spaces watching the bay and the planes landing and taking off. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked with a coffee maker, pots, pans, grilling utensils, blenders, etc. We would definitely return in the future!
This place was perfect for us! Large bedrooms and beds. There was every essential thing you could think of and then some! Great for families with small children. The bathrooms were small and only 2 of them, but very manageable because there were mirrors in every room. Watch for the step going into the lower bathroom, it blends in with the wood and can be missed. Gorgeous views!! All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay with our family in Adams home here in San Diego. From location, to size and space of the unit, and ultimately how comfortable it was. Its in a prime location in San Diego, near the airport, and no more than 15 minutes from most of the fun attractions of the city. Thanks so much, and we would definitely want to book with you again in the future when visiting SD 🙂

Our family visited San Diego for a Memorial and scatter at sea for three family members. This property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and three children. The cleaning staff was wonderful to clean an area to allow us early access to get the children down for naps. We found the home to have a well equipped kitchen, needed baby items and comfortable beds. Loved that each bedroom had its own TV to allow family members to retreat from one another as well. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor deck with airport and water views. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone planning a stay in San Diego. You will not be disappointed. Adam was responsive and helpful every step of the way.
We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and Adam was a wonderful host!
My parents, their adult children, and our respective families get together for 4th of July and this was the perfect home for that! The home is exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed for our stay and they even have a 2nd kitchen on the 1st floor with even more. They had lots of games and card decks to keep us and the kids occupied, along with a smart TV with all of the streaming options. I appreciated they had a gate at the top of the stairs; it gave us the peace of mind with young kids running around.
I reached out to Adam to get more paper towels and I got a prompt response and the cleaning person dropped some off quickly. The laundry is outside and is shared but wasn't an issue to find time during our stay when it was available. We had 9 people, so sharing only 2 bathrooms was difficult at times but we managed.
For the 4th and fireworks, the view was amazing. We could see 4 different displays and the closest one near the airport was easily seen.
House was great, clean and comfy. We were able to cook meals without having to bring all our stuff from home. Located by a bunch of good restaurants as well.

Great location close to everything. Great place for multiple families or large extended families to stay together and enjoy San Diego.
The house was beautiful and the couch was super awesome. Both sides pull out and lift up and it turns into a giant 8x8 couch/bed. My entire family and in-laws fit on there, watching movies (6 adults and 2 children) I would definitely stay again.
The rooms were all spacious and very clean and it’s accommodating for children and infants.
Everything about the home went smoothly and exactly like the pictures. Only caveat is if you have more than 2 vehicles, make sure whoever parks on adjoining street, is able to walk ALOT of stairs. There are stairs everywhere. House was great, very open, spacious, and plenty of sleeping for our 12 guests. Super close to base and airport, so perfect spot for anyone coming in for bootcamp graduation. If I had any type of negative it was the table isn't card playing friendly. Lots of grooves to get stuck in. 😂 Would definitely book again if future trip to SD arises. Thank you!
Absolutely no complaints! The place was clean and spacious. The view was great. Everything was as expected. Adam was a great host.
This is a perfect space to host a group of people who are really looking for some rest and relaxation, quality amenities, and plenty of things to do in a premium location. Adam was very responsive and proactive in communication. I will definitely be booking this space again!

Adam was extremely responsive and accommodative throughout the entire trip. The Airbnb was just like the photos and everything was given to us in a clean condition. The amenities in the house are great from the laundry to the kitchen. Would recommend!
